l888 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and l888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the l888 online gaming platform, including all services, games, features, and content made available through l888.vu and any associated URLs.

l888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably suspects to be in breach of these Terms, including accounts opened with false or misleading information. In such cases, l888 may withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation.

l888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

• Deposits are credited to your l888 account in real time for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same method used for your most recent deposit. l888 applies anti-money laundering controls and may request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status.
• Funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before being eligible for withdrawal.
• l888 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable cause to believe that the withdrawal is related to fraudulent, illegal, or Terms-violating activity.
• In the event of account closure initiated by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated to you at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are awarded at l888's sole discretion. l888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual bonus terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

l888 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, l888 may void all associated wagers and winnings, freeze the account, recover any funds obtained through prohibited means, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

l888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment integrity obligations.
• l888 is required to do so by law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. l888 will attempt to notify the account holder prior to closure of an inactive account.
• The player requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure under l888's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than prohibited conduct or fraud, l888 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any applicable deductions permitted by these Terms.

All content on the l888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layouts, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of l888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any l888 intellectual property without prior written consent.
